Olorogun (Hon) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, JP FCIA, the Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, extends his warmest congratulations to Olorogun (Hon.) Barr. Andrew Oghene-Aga Orugbo on the occasion of his birthday anniversary, celebrated today, August 15, 2024.
